  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary technical communities and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to bring the strongest insights to clients.
  • Strengthen the Infrastructure Service Line by contributing to internal development, tools, and best practices.

Your expertise will directly influence capital allocation, asset performance, and sustainability outcomes across the infrastructure sector.

  • 2-3 years of technical consulting, engineering, or operational experience in the energy or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong technical capability to identify risks and opportunities within technical documentation, site visits, and discussions—covering asset integrity, operational performance, management systems, and business plans.
  • Excellent organizational skills, self‑motivation, and ability to thrive in fast‑turnaround environments.
  • Commitment to quality and high standards for yourself and the team.
  • Advanced report writing and presentation skills, with previous client‑facing experience.
Preferred
  • Experience managing external client projects.
  • Ability to lead or coordinate complex project delivery involving multiple workstreams.
  • Prior exposure to technical due diligence (preferred, not required).
  • Corporate finance qualification.
  • Interest in domestic and international travel for site visits.
  • Knowledge of Capex and Opex cost expectations for engineering assets/projects.
  • Familiarity with decarbonization strategies and technologies.
  • Experience reviewing EPC contracts, Financial Models, engineering designs/specifications, and budgets for industrial projects.
  • This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of proposals, including company profile development, scopes of work, schedules, and commercial terms.
  • Assist or lead projects that evaluate technical, operational, and business‑plan components of infrastructure investments.
  • Coordinate project deliverables such as Q&A submissions, management sessions, client meetings, and report delivery.
  • Work effectively across ERM technical communities and subcontracted SMEs to support successful project execution and client engagement.
  • Execute internal development tasks to enhance the Infrastructure Service Line’s tools, processes, and overall functionality.
