ABOUT US
As a female-founded and owned social impact consulting firm, Edgility Talent Partners (ETP) partners with mission driven organizations to build values-aligned, equity-centered talent programs. In short, we empower people, strengthen systems, and advance our clients’ vital work. With deep expertise in the social impact sector and human capital, our work centers equity at every stage, combining data-driven insights with a deep understanding of the unique challenges that non-profits face. Whether supporting a compensation overhaul, redesigning evaluation systems, or assessing internal talent bench strength, ETP equips leaders with the tools they need to attract, retain, and support a thriving workforce.
OPPORTUNITY
Consultants at Edgility Talent Partners are the backbone of the firm, partnering across and exposed to nearly all aspects of client services from day one. The firm’s approach to onboarding is generous, growth-minded, and rigorous, dually training consultants in the firm’s primary practice areas (compensation, performance management, talent planning, and board advisory) while also introducing the basics of client services in the social impact sector. Consultants can expect to be taught, coached, and mentored by Senior Consultants, Associate Partners, and Partners while also taking advantage of the firm’s substantial professional development resources. Introductory topics include the basics of project management, data analytics, survey design, competency based interviewing, focus group facilitation, slide deck building, research, benchmarking, and organizational design. ETP teams guide Boards, CEOs, HR leaders, and senior leadership teams in navigating critical decisions about organizational growth and change. Consultants at the firm are natural relationship builders, systems thinkers, and curious analysts who are genuinely passionate about improving the social impact sector and cultivating deep partnerships with their clients. They are expected to participate in project planning oversight, data analysis, troubleshooting, research, deliverables preparation, and client presentations. Over time, Consultants learn from and mirror their more senior teammates, strategically guiding clients by delivering sophisticated synthesis, analysis, diagnosis, and recommendations on complex human capital related projects.
Consultants are expected to manage multiple client engagements at once, deftly prioritizing and preparing deliverables in a highly responsive and strategic manner. No two days are the same as a Consultant at ETP; this role requires an individual who is comfortable with ambiguity and can shift among internal firmwide meetings, team meetings, external client meetings, and independent work blocks at any given hour. This is a mission critical and full-time position at ETP on the client services career pathway to Partner at the firm. As a virtual firm, all roles at ETP are remote. Some travel to client sites, conferences, and staff retreats is required.
