As an intern, you will be a part of the 12-week summer internship program that will provide an exceptional learning experience and an opportunity to be a part of a company that is helping Americans find convenient and affordable healthcare. We are currently looking for hard-working, curious, and eager students to join our team.

About the Role:
GoodRx is looking for a Consumer Rewards Strategy & Analytics Intern to join the Consumer Incentives team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Consumer Incentives Strategy & Analytics. This intern will focus on Rewards Customer Journey Mapping and Optimization, gaining hands-on experience in customer analytics, insights generation, and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to analyze customer funnel metrics, high-value enrollment points, and their impact on customer value.

  • Map and assess key entry points to activation and how they influence customer lifetime value.

  • Identify and categorize the most valuable customer types within the GoodRx Rewards program.

  • Research and recommend new enrollment and activation strategies to enhance user engagement and retention.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and product teams to present insights and recommendations.

Skills:

  • Extremely curious and motivated

  • Basic understanding of SQL

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or Excel).

  • Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, to which you will return in Fall 2025.

  • Expected graduation date between May 2026 and June 2027.

  • Able to commit to a full-time internship program for 12 weeks during the summer of 2025.

  • Work Location: Hybrid in New York.

Compensation rate for undergraduate students is $22.00 an hour.
