Partiful's mission is to cultivate friendships through social events.

We believe parties (and other social events) are the most effective way to meet new people and make friends. Our product helps you throw incredible events, starting with memorable party pages that make it easy to plan & communicate with guests — download the app to see how it works!

We're building new ways to streamline planning, connect meaningfully in the real world, and make connections between friends-of-friends. Our ultimate vision is to power everything you do in-person with your friends, eliminating the friction of bringing your most memorable experiences to life. You can read more about our mission in The Washington Post, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Atlantic, Wirecutter, and USA Today. Partiful was also recently named Google’s Best App of 2024, a Finalist for Apple’s App Store Awards, and Apple’s App of the Day (awarded twice in 3 months).

Our company is backed by top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz and Google Ventures, and advised by the founders of some of the most successful consumer social products ever made.

The Role

We're looking for a scrappy, creative, results-driven part-time Content Coordinator to cultivate and manage a community of high-performing creators in order to deliver short-form media content across multiple channels. In this role, you’ll develop and experiment with creative briefs, work with creators to plan, orchestrate and publish content, and monitor & optimize video performance on all channels. This is a key role for someone who understands the power of great content, has the taste to recognize it and the drive to execute on it.

We're NY- and LA-based with a hybrid in-person model, in the office 3 days a week.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and maintain a community of engaged, high performing UGC creators

  • Develop clear, actionable creative briefs that align with our growth & product strategy, and inspire creativity from creators

  • Coordinate the development, scheduling, and publishing of content across social media platforms

  • Manage content calendars and track deadlines to keep campaigns on schedule

  • Communicate content schedules, plans, and campaign results in timely and clear updates to stakeholders

  • Work closely with Community, Marketing and Product to coordinate on content for brand campaigns and feature launches

  • Leverage insights from data to iterate on content strategy

  • Diligently monitor content performance and provide insights to help improve engagement and reach

  • Build and optimize streamlined workflows for content processes

  • Attend really cool parties

Success in this role will lead to a full-time role.

You’re likely a good fit if you:

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in a content role

  • Have experience managing creators

  • Are extremely scrappy and growth minded

  • Are data-driven and obsessive with metrics

  • Are creatively driven, tapped into what’s trending & culturally relevant

  • Have a proven track record of delivering viral content

  • Have strong organizational and project management skills

  • Are confident managing timelines, juggling multiple moving pieces, and staying calm under pressure

  • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Bonus if you are a content creator yourself, but not required

What we offer:

  • Quarterly stipend to plan your own party and dogfood the product

  • Competitive compensation

  • Flexible remote policy alongside meaningful time spent with the Partiful team in Brooklyn, NY

  • Opportunity to transition to a full-time, in-person role

  • Get invited to exclusive parties 🎉

We're an equal-opportunity employer and strongly encourage applicants from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds to apply. We're proud to be a diverse team, and actively work to bring new perspectives to the table.
