What You’ll Do
A part of Authentic's Entertainment division, this collaborative, hands-on team creates short-form video content and experiments with generative AI tools to expand what marketing and brand teams can produce. You’ll help prototype campaigns, test new formats, and integrate AI-assisted content into day-to-day production workflows.
We’re seeking a creative Content Creator & Editor who is comfortable producing video across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid media, and experimenting with generative video and image platforms to enhance content creation. This is an individual contributor role focused on execution, prototyping, and experimentation rather than managing broader team workflows.
What you’ll be working on
- Produce short-form video content for all platforms with creativity and platform-native fluency.
- Experiment with AI video and image tools to quickly prototype content and explore new formats.
- Build and maintain libraries of prompts and visual assets for iterative experimentation.
- Apply Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other tools to polish final content.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teammates to align output with brand goals.
- Support faster production cycles and expand creative possibilities for campaigns.
- Stay current with emerging media trends, platform-specific features, and AI tools.
Must Haves
- 3–5 years professional creative experience in video/motion roles (e.g., Motion Graphics Artist, Compositor, Video Editor).
- Experience using AI video/image tools in content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop).
- Strong videography/photography skills, including lighting, composition, color, and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated portfolio/reel showcasing creative video content and AI-assisted experiments.
Primary Location Salary Range:
$100,000 – $125,000
