We're a full-service creative shop built for brands that want to break new ground. Our diverse team of entrepreneurial spirits, creative minds, and makers brings bold ideas to life for some of the world's most innovative and culturally connected brands. If you thrive on exploration, creative risk-taking, and charting new paths, you belong here.

The Role

SPCSHP is hiring a Content Creator who loves social media, lives in culture, and stays ahead of content trends. You’re both a passionate consumer and an active maker of social—someone who understands what it takes to create compelling, platform-native content for brands.

In this role, you’ll be immersed in every stage of the creative process, from brainstorming and writing to producing and editing high-quality social content. You’ll work on an iconic brand in the tech space and help shape its presence across platforms through thoughtful, original, and high-volume creative output.

You’re equally comfortable pitching original video concepts, executing daily content, and fine-tuning edits. You’ll collaborate closely with creative, content strategy, production, and client teams—bringing ideas to life with precision, imagination, and cultural relevance.

What You’ll Do

  • Concept, develop, and execute social-first content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
  • Create a wide range of content, including photography, social video (planned and reactive), event coverage with quick turnaround, live IG stories, static graphics, light animation, memes, and copywriting
  • Produce short-form social content alongside creative and content strategy teams
  • Apply strategic insights and cultural trends to develop on-brand content ideas
  • Capture and edit social video, audio, and photography, including closed captions and native platform features
  • Organize and execute short-form video shoots, including on-location and retail shoots
  • See content through from concept to execution, ensuring high creative quality and brand consistency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, production, and client service teams
  • Share emerging trends, formats, and platform insights with internal teams and clients
  • Build client-facing decks and present work with clarity and confidence
  • Incorporate client feedback with flexibility and professionalism
  • Maintain organized records of assets and footage
  • Represent SPCSHP as a trusted, client-facing creative partner

Requirements
    • 3–5+ years of experience in content creation, social media, video production/editing, or related creative fields (agency experience preferred)
    • A strong portfolio or social presence showcasing brand-focused content
    • Fluent in platform-native content creation and in-app editing tools (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
    • Comfortable shooting with both iPhone and DSLR cameras
    • Skilled in short-form video editing and post-production
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro required), Google Slides, and tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express
    • Comfortable appearing on camera and/or providing voiceover
    • Experienced working in studio environments and not afraid of hands-on styling or production
    • A clear, concise writer with strong attention to detail
    • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
    • A strong visual storyteller who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Benefits

The salary band for this role is $65k - $85k. Where a prospective new hire's base salary will fall within this band depends on several factors including their qualifications and experience, the skill level required in the role, market rates, and the salaries of existing crew members at SPCSHP within the same role to maintain equity.
