About Hypha

Hypha is an AI-native platform transforming asset management across the full lifecycle—acquisition, management, and exit. Focused on healthcare facilities and multifamily real estate, we’re revolutionizing the industry through three key pillars:

  • Observability: Providing real-time visibility into asset performance, deal progress, and market conditions for all stakeholders

  • Intelligence: Enabling AI-driven multidimensional optimization with risk scores, tax strategies, and benchmarking

  • Orchestration: Creating seamless workflows and a single source of truth to eliminate inefficiencies

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Content Marketing Lead to own Hypha’s thought leadership — someone who can sit with a commercial real estate lender, understand the actual problem, and turn it into a body of work the market trusts. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role on a small marketing team, reporting to the CMO. You’ll be an early senior hire with real ownership from day one.

Our growth strategy leans hard on thought leadership. Our readers are busy, skeptical practitioners moving real money against real assets — they don’t respond to hype, they respond to being understood. You’ll own the written engine that earns their attention: one anchor report that becomes a quarter of content, the narrative our CEO carries onto every stage, and the social cadence that compounds off it all. The bar is high and specific: it has to educate and entertain, in the same sentence.

Core Competencies
  • Written Engine Ownership: Build and maintain a content system that takes one big idea and scales it into anchor reports, whitepapers, blog posts, and sharp LinkedIn copy without losing the through-line

  • Executive Voice and Ghostwriting: Write in someone else’s voice — reports, posts, and stage narrative for our CEO and senior leaders — and make it sound like them, not like you

  • CRE Domain Fluency: Produce content credible to lenders and underwriters in healthcare, senior housing, and multifamily; you know the difference between generic AI productivity and vertical depth

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product marketing, sales, and events so thought leadership, sales narrative, and the room all carry the same flag

  • Format Range: Operate across a 20-page whitepaper and a three-line post with equal command and the same point of view holding across both

  • Video and Multimedia Instinct: Shape and script video and podcast concepts that extend written work further, partnering with production

Ideal Candidate
  • You have 5+ years of content, journalism, or thought leadership experience, with at least 2 years working directly in or writing for commercial real estate, CRE lending, or private credit — this is required, the rest is trainable

  • You have a portfolio of writing that made people think and want to keep reading, not just rank — clarity, voice, an actual argument, a little wit

  • You can operate end-to-end without a layer of process; this is a builder role, not a manager one

  • You communicate clearly with both technical partners and domain experts

  • You understand that brokers live on LinkedIn and lenders mostly don’t, and you write and distribute accordingly

  • You can ghostwrite an executive and have it sound like them, not like you

What Sets You Apart
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or regulated industries

  • Instinct for GEO/SEO and how AI assistants surface answers

  • Early-stage startup experience, especially building from zero to one

  • Experience building repeatable content systems, not just one-off projects

  • Experience working directly with executives on external-facing narrative

Why Join Hypha
  • Be at the cutting edge of applied AI in commercial real estate

  • Have large scope and massive impact as an early senior hire

  • Work directly with the leadership team and CMO

  • Strong career growth opportunities as we scale

  • Competitive compensation: $180,000–$220,000 base salary plus equity

If you are ready to help build the category narrative for AI in CRE lending and are excited by the challenge of making a skeptical market trust and read your work, we want to hear from you.
