We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and enrich our inbound marketing efforts with copy, strategy, and analysis. Content Marketing Manager responsibilities include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types, managing our social media channels, and writing copy for various channels. You’ll deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness, and stay up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 2 days/week in our NYC office

Responsibilities

• Undertake content marketing initiatives to attract new customers

• Develop editorial and social media calendar

• Developing high-converting content through email marketing, SM and offline marketing

• Write clear copy to promote our products/services

• Proofread and edit blog posts before publication

• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles

• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic

• Promote content on social media

• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics

• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)

• Analyze and report on performance metrics

• Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence

Requirements

• 5+ years Proven work experience as a content marketer, content writer, or a similar role

• Excellent writing and editing skills in English

• Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences

• Experience in social media platforms

• Project management skills and attention to detail

• Experience with effective AI tools for optimizing content

• Strong strategic and creative chops

• BS degree in marketing, journalism, or relevant field
