About the Role
We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and distribution of content across multiple channels, from long-form thought leadership to educational content to social media and video. You’ll help us create compelling stories that resonate with our target audience, create interest and engagement with our prospects and customers, and drive pipeline for the business.
Legal tech is an exciting field, and the capabilities of AI solutions are growing fast. We’re looking for someone who’s willing to learn from others, find exciting stories, and take the initiative to discover the truly valuable nuggets of information about AI for legal professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a content calendar that supports brand awareness, demand generation, and product education goals
- Source and research relevant stories from around the business, from our customers, and from the legal industry
- Write and edit high-quality content including blog posts, case studies, white papers, email campaigns, social media copy, and sales enablement materials
- Research and create videos, podcasts, and other interactive content formats
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, design, and customer success teams to source stories, insights, and subject matter expertise
- Maintain content marketing infrastructure of calendars, quote databases, and brand deliverables
- Build and maintain a library of customer stories and case studies that demonstrate measurable business impact
- Develop creative content campaigns to drive brand awareness and demand generation goals
- Manage and optimize content for SEO and AEO/GEO, ensuring content drives organic traffic and supports search visibility goals
- Track and report on content performance metrics, using data to inform strategy and iterate on what's working
- Partner with external agencies, freelancers, or contractors as needed
What You Bring
- You have 3-6 years of experience in content marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS, legal, or technology company
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and formats
- Proactive perseverance. You don’t just wait to be told what to do, you see a problem and solve it
- A portfolio of published work that demonstrates range, clarity, and strategic thinking
- Strong project management skills. You're organized, meet deadlines, and can manage multiple workstreams at once
- Experience creating content for an enterprise audience (legal, finance, or professional services experience)
- Familiarity with SEO and AEO/GEO best practices and tools
- Familiarity with content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Marketo)
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
- Comfort working in a small, high-growth, high-velocity startup environment
You Might Also Have
- Experience with video content production or podcast coordination
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Figma, Photoshop)
- A legal background, or deep familiarity with how legal teams think and work
What We Offer
- An early seat on a marketing team that's building from scratch at a company with real momentum. You'll have genuine ownership over a content function, direct access to leadership, and the chance to define how Ivo shows up in the market at a moment when that still matters.
- Competitive salary and equity
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits
- Commuter, HSA, and dependent care benefits
- The opportunity to shape a content function at a high-growth company
