In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with creatives and strategists to develop and execute world-class branded campaigns that resonate with BDG’s audience. For you, no task is too big or too small, whether you’re drawing inspiration from what’s currently trending for a client pitch, assigning and editing articles to align with a promotional campaign, or working with mega-influencers to creatively direct branded Instagram Reels and TikToks.

    • Partner with Design team to oversee the creation of visual assets

    • Collaborate with Client Experience team to ensure campaigns meet expectations

    • Build out creative timelines, staying on top of deadlines for multiple projects at once

    • Occasionally provide an editorial perspective on branded photo and video shoots

    • Continually build upon BDG’s evolving best practices for branded content

    • Keep up with industry trends across categories, leveraging insights to broaden BDG’s offerings

Requirements

    • 5-7 years of experience in content strategy and/or branded content at a publisher, agency, or brand

    • Confidence participating in client calls and internal brainstorms, with the ability to clearly present and pitch creative ideas

    • A demonstrated ability to conceptualize, write, and edit content for social & on-site

      • A portfolio or links to past content is a must!

      • A passion for digital advertising at BDG and beyond

      • A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills

      • A proven ability to juggle multiple initiatives at once, without missing deadlines
