  • Collaborate closely with senior management and stakeholders across Bessemer Trust to ensure all content meets the highest standards and aligns with strategic messaging.
  • Assist in the development of a thoughtful publication calendar that supports Bessemer’s broader communication strategy.
  • Participate in the team’s strategic planning discussions and support special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Five to eight years of writing experience. Candidates with fewer years but exceptional writing skills will be considered.
  • Familiarity with investment and wealth management topics, with experience writing for institutional or high-net-worth audiences a plus.
  • Ability to research topics and interview senior thought leaders across the firm to surface insights.
  • Adept at writing and storytelling for digital platforms, with a passion for creating copy that informs, engages, and inspires audiences.
  • Experienced in optimizing copy across digital channels – including applying SEO keywords and developing compelling subject lines and impactful headlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to internal partners.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, combined with a thoughtful approach to incorporating stakeholder feedback.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
