We are seeking a full-time Content Manager to join our creative team. As Content Writer, you’ll be responsible for writing and managing copy across end-to-end projects, ensuring that every deliverable meets the brief, reflects our brand voice, and captures the full MAËLYS vibe.

From concept through delivery - you’ll be crafting engaging, brand-aligned content across a range of platforms, including emails, product pages, social media posts, video scripts, landing pages, PR activations, UX/UI, and retail merchandising. Your words will play a key role in driving marketing initiatives, building brand awareness, and maintaining a consistent, confident tone across all touchpoints.

  • Developing engaging and persuasive copy for various channels that align with the brand voice and messaging guidelines.
  • Collaborating with the creative team and cross-functional teams (social, design, product, CRM, PR) to ideate & generate copy that aligns with the overall brand strategy and guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights.

You will thrive in this role if you…

  • Are a creative storyteller with flawless grammar and a sharp sense of tone, rhythm, and style.
  • Have at least 4 years of previous experience writing copy for the aforementioned categories (Preference for e-commerce)
  • Are passionate about brand voice and able to adapt it seamlessly across different formats and audiences.
  • Can independently prioritize and manage projects end-to-end.
  • Are highly organized and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability for delivering quality work in a timely manner
  • Are a team player with a hunger to succeed
  • Have excellent time management skills
  • New York City based and able to work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week in the office

Base salary: 70,000 - 96,000 $ annually 

Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
