About the role.
Lively is looking to hire a highly motivated, forward-thinking Audiology Assistant to work closely with our Operations, Audiology and Customer Experience teams to provide best-in-class service to Lively clients. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to apply your skills and expertise to a new and innovative service model. This position reports directly to our Head of Clinical Audiology and is 100% remote.
What you’ll do.
- Empower our customer base through education and support at critical moments in their hearing aid journey.
- Assist Audiologists in pre-screening clients for hearing aid candidacy, enabling them to provide personalized care with insights about the client’s needs.
- Partner with clients who are new to Lively access video calls, download the Lively app, and pair hearing aids to smart devices and accessories.
- Embody the Lively voice when; build a strong rapport with clients and colleagues to collaboratively deliver best-in-class service.
- Develop deep subject matter expertise in our products and business model; assist in troubleshooting hearing aids via phone or video, address questions about our remote care, and escalate to our Audiology team, as needed.
- Flexibility to support our clients on evenings and/or weekends strongly preferred.
What you’ll bring.
- 1 - 3 years professional experience as an Audiology Assistant or similar role
- Passion and empathy for your clients; you thrive on providing the best care to your clients in a way that works for them
- Enthusiasm for critical thinking and problem solving
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as in collaboration with a team
