We are looking for a Content Maniacs who will use their creative horsepower to help scale our efforts to grow awareness and strengthen engagement at Flowcode. You may have already seen us in a local business, on TV powering the Olympics and ESPN Gameday, enabling an LA restaurant week, or helping your favorite creator organize and share their content. In this role, you'll help us increase brand awareness even more!
You will help us create a factory of highly consumable, engaging, fun, and educational content for our creators and consumers while ensuring a consistent brand voice across the products. This can include writing blog posts, producing social copy and content, producing how-to videos, creating growth hacks and viral video, and much more. The goal is for your work to consistently pave the path for an exceptional customer journey as more people interact with Flowcode and our products every day.

  • You believe in the power of the real world (beyond digital) but are still a digital native
  • You want to tell the story of how a piece of technology fundamentally changes how every individual and business runs
  • You love storytelling - words, video, voice - any sort of content. You experience a thrill when you walk into a bookstore, open TikTok, or start a new podcast and see all the available journeys you could go on.
  • You derive your energy from creating. You keep a blog, Instagram, or TikTok side hustle to help channel your creativity.
  • You keep up to date on a mix of industry/business news as well as viral trends


Core Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and informative content, including website updates, blog posts, case studies, how-tos, landing pages, webinars, newsletters, guides, scripts, and social posts
  • Help maintain a functional content and editorial calendar, consistently producing content based on pre-determined needs as well as ad hoc requests
  • Act as editorial and brand voice editor across Flowcode. Ensure a consistent brand voice across the website, newsletter, ads campaigns, and blog. Ensure a high level of quality content
  • Manage a team of freelancers and agencies to scale our content production efforts across all touchpoints
  • Establish frameworks that hold all our content to high standards of clarity, effectiveness, and style, ensuring it is on-message, on-brand, and achieves its full potential.
  • Collaborate closely with our paid marketing efforts to improve content across all ads
  • Work to create comprehensive narratives for specific webinars and live events as a events strategy gets rolled out at Flowcode.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field
  • Professional or personal experience maintaining multiple content channels


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent copywriting and copyediting skills
  • A keen eye for skillful design
  • Self-starter, able to flawlessly multi-task, work independently with minor supervision, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to work with multiple groups and on tight deadlines
  • Excellent people skills, supporting interactions with colleagues, cross-functional and sometimes distributed teams, and customers

We're based in the heart of Soho, where there is no shortage of creativity. From galleries to boutiques, trendy bars to some of the best restaurants in the city, our office fits right in. We are located in an industrial garage, converted from a metalworks factory into a collaborative work space.
