Job Description

Within the global community support and policy team your goal will be to provide 360° support to our thousands of content partners across the globe and to communicate efficiently with our engineering teams regarding service improvements and technical issues.

Role Description

• Build and optimize processes to ensure user and brand safety
• Execute and scale operations
• Project synchronization with Product Owners
• Manage critical relationships with Partners and Copyright holders
• Build performance tracking systems and provide reports
• Stay current with products changes and updates
•  Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
• Strategy: explore and define which projects the team should prioritize, and set a timeline to reach goals quickly

Qualifications

• BS/MS Engineering degree in relevant field or equivalent qualifications by experience
• Curious and can break complex problems into smaller ones
• Can use SQL, Python and Excel to facilitate work
• Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills
• A strong sense of urgency
• Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on brand safety issues as well as replicate and document for further escalation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
