About You: 

You are a skilled writer and content marketer who knows how to tell stories that drive business results. You have 3-5 years of experience, ideally at a startup/growth-stage company or agency where you have had to wear a number of different hats. Prior B2B experience isn’t mandatory, but it’s a plus. 

You are confident in your ability to a number of different audiences across a variety of platforms, including web, social, email, and search. You have a growth mindset, and are interested in A/B testing and always looking for ways to use content to drive results.

Finally, you are excited about working closely with a visual designer and reporting to our Director of Customer Marketing, who oversees our customer retention and engagement efforts.


What You’ll Do: 

  • Develop a content strategy that supports net revenue retention by engaging our existing partners and increasing their lifetime value. Identify new content formats and outputs based on different customer personas.
  • Create a steady stream of content for blog posts, landing pages, social posts, paid ads, display ads, email newsletters, new product announcements, sales decks, and more.
  • Along with another copywriter, oversee the content production, distribution, and project management process—establishing timelines, managing the CMS, working to secure internal and external approvals where necessary, and more. 
  • Co-manage social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, establishing the appropriate content and tone for each. 
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of a tone of voice that is authentic to our customer and aligned with our brand mission. 
  • When necessary, manage freelance writers and edit their submissions, ensuring that pieces are on-brief and on-brand.

Location

We are located right off of Union Square across from the famous Irving Plaza. Currently, we are working fully remotely.
