Better’s Production is a dynamic team of strategically-minded individuals who are accustomed to leading a myriad of projects—shaping our collaborative efforts with internal partners, design practice, overall quality of work, and maintaining quick, yet thoughtful, turnarounds.
Responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrate leadership, management, and ownership of projects for internal marketing partners
- Supervise and lead several streams of work
- Run end-to-end project scope, and timeline for digital marketing channels
- Serve as the main point of contact for cross functional partners and creative team needs and communications
- Serve as a strategic leader from project kick-off to delivery, advocating for both partners and end-user needs
- Maintain and advocate established and growing production practice through the use of methodologies and tools, established by Production and Design Operations leadership
Requirements:
- 5+ years of digital marketing production experience, with strong understanding of design crafts and the efforts that go into creating the work
- Reputation for leading multiple tracks of work and the creation of digital products (landing pages, CRM/emails, social media, display advertising, SEO content)
- Experience leading creative kickoffs, reviews with partners, and championing the creative process.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Master of Google Suite products, program management toolsets such as Monday, Asana, Airtable
- Base knowledge of design tooling such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to run stream of work across east and west coasts, with the design team located around the country
