An Insider's view of CreatorIQ

What are some social events your company does?

CreatorIQ does such a great job of getting the team together! In this remote world, so many of us come from all over and CIQ makes it a point to invite everyone. My favorite events include: a Zoom flower arrangement class, mini golf with the team, and learning how to properly play ping pong!

Demetrius

What does your typical day look like?

My day starts with trainings. Then I review slack channels and emails. I continue my day by working on product solutions for the platform, doing research, brainstorming with the team, and writing down actual feature requirements. After lunch, close to the evening, I have several meeting to finish my day.

How does the company support your career growth?

Becoming an industry knowledge expert was a goal of mine when I first started at CIQ and our leadership team supported me with the resources and time I needed to achieve my goals. CreatorIQ also provided me a safe space to show up as my authentic self which was a game-changer. My manager was instrumental in fast-tracking my path to leadership.

Sasha

How do you make yourself accessible to the rest of the team?

I make myself available by fostering a culture of transparency and reliability. If my team asks for something, I respond quickly to either address the concern or provide a timeline for doing so. I never put myself above my team—I make it clear that we're all in this together, and their time is every bit as valuable as my own.

Alex

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

I like to think my managers enforce the work-life balance that I have at CreatorIQ. We can manage our workloads as we see fit, which helps us create a work-life balance that works best. Collectively, the team also contributes to this, as we check in on each other to ensure that we are not overworked and have the support needed to be successful.
