JOB DESCRIPTION

Red Seat Ventures is hiring a Continuity Coordinator to support the Ad Sales team. This role is responsible for the accurate execution of advertiser messaging across creator-produced content, ensuring all deliverables meet brand, contractual, and platform requirements.

The coordinator works closely with Sales, Ad Ops, and external partners to track campaign deliverables, manage timelines, and confirm all assets are completed correctly and on schedule. This role also reviews and edits creator copy for accuracy, compliance, and consistency with approved messaging before publication.

In addition to tracking and verifying deliverables, the coordinator reviews creator copy for clarity, tone, accuracy, and brand alignment, ensuring all messaging meets approved standards before publication. They are also responsible for managing key campaign flight dates within internal tracking systems, helping ensure all deliverables are executed on schedule and in accordance with campaign timelines.

 

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Review and approve creator-produced content to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines

  •  Edit and refine advertiser copy for accuracy, consistency, and clarity

  •  Proofread content for grammar, spelling, and compliance with client and platform standards

  • Track and verify all campaign deliverables to ensure completeness and accuracy

  • Track and maintain key flight dates within internal systems

  • Ensure all deliverables are executed in alignment with campaign flighting and deadlines

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales and Ad Ops) as well as external partners to maintain alignment

  • Communicate feedback and required revisions clearly and efficiently to creators and stakeholders

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in messaging, deliverables, or timelines

  • Support the timely execution and delivery of campaigns across multiple platforms

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  •   1–3+ years of experience in advertising, media, copy editing, or a related field

  •  Strong copy editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Experience working with campaign trackers, project management tools, or similar systems

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with digital media, branded content, or influencer/creator campaigns is a plus

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $25.75-33.66 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
