Duration: Start Date: May 15, 2026 End Date: December 1, 2026

Location: New York, New York or Remote

Department: Marketing – Demand Generation

Reports To: Director - Demand Generation

Role Overview

We are looking for a Part-Time Contract Paid Media Manager to lead and optimize Uniphore’s paid media strategy across key digital channels, including Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for overseeing our external agency, driving performance reporting, managing budget allocation and ensuring continuous optimization across programs.

This role sits at the center of our demand generation engine. You will partner closely with content, design, product marketing, and web teams to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned, creatively compelling, and conversion optimized.

This role requires someone who combines analytical rigor with strategic thinking — someone who can translate performance data into action, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure our paid investments generate measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do

Own Paid Media Strategy: Lead end-to-end paid media strategy and execution across Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, ensuring alignment with awareness and pipeline goals.

Manage Agency Performance: Oversee and guide our external paid media agency, holding them accountable to performance metrics, testing roadmaps, and optimization targets.

Drive Budget & Pacing Management: Own budget allocation and pacing across channels, ensuring efficient spend and optimization toward defined KPIs.

Deliver Weekly Reporting: Produce clear, insight-driven weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Partner closely with content, design, product marketing, and web teams to align messaging, creative development, landing pages, and campaign strategy.

Strengthen Measurement & Attribution: Ensure tracking, campaign measurement, and performance analysis are aligned with business objectives and revenue impact.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of hands-on B2B paid media and demand generation experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS or AI

Expertise in Demandbase, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads

Experience managing external agencies and holding partners accountable to performance goals

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and strategic recommendations

Experience managing six-figure monthly budgets preferred

Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across content, design, product marketing, and web teams

Highly organized, performance-driven, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments

The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
