Key Responsibilities
- Lead contract negotiations and drafting with external clients
- Author and negotiate commercial and legal contract language
- Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations on deal structuring
- Evaluate pricing, scope, and amendment impacts using Excel
- Manage contract execution timelines and approval workflows
Required Skills
- Strong written negotiation and contract drafting skills
- Proficiency in Excel for commercial and financial analysis
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in contract negotiation or commercial roles
- Experience negotiating CRO, pharma, or life sciences agreements
