Norbert Health built the first robotic care helper that actually works in clinical settings. We developed an AI module that turns any mobile robot into Norbert — a care companion that monitors patients, holds meaningful conversations, and frees up caregivers to focus on what only humans can do. Our technology is hardware-agnostic: we don't manufacture robots, we make them intelligent.
Norbert is live today in nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and senior care communities. Patients accept it. Clinicians trust it. Operators see the impact on their teams.
We are now raising a Series B round to accelerate our expansion across the U.S. healthcare system. This raise will fund deployments at significant scale, grow our commercial and clinical teams, and deepen our integration with a preferred robot manufacturing partner — enabling us to deliver Norbert as a fully productized, enterprise-ready solution across hospital systems, post-acute networks, and long-term care operators.
Robotic care is no longer a concept — it's happening, and Norbert Health is leading it. The technology works. Operators want it. Patients accept it. The market is ready and the competition hasn't caught up. This is a rare chance to help make an entirely new category of healthcare a reality — and to do it at real scale.
The OpportunityWe are seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer to lead Norbert Health's next chapter alongside CEO Alexandre Winter. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of the commercial, operational and regulatory engine — from go-to-market execution to clinical deployment to team development. You will set the pace, build the processes, and deliver the results that turn our Series B ambitions into reality.
The COO will run the operational side of the business end-to-end, while Alexandre focuses on technology, R&D, product, and investor relationships. We need a strong, decisive operator who holds the organization to a high bar and knows how to scale a team.
This can be considered a late co-founder opportunity, and a board seat will be considered as well.
