Title:                Coordinator, Ad Sales Marketing 

Reports To:     Manager, Ad Sales Marketing 

Position Summary: 

This role is responsible for assistance/coordination within the Ad Sales Marketing team, having exposure to the creation, development and management of revenue-generating marketing programs, and taking part in executing corporate branding initiatives such as events and public relations.  Moreover, this person will serve as a key liaison between marketing, creative and sales, helping to identify and execute on the daily needs of our clients. 

Overall Responsibilities

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Research teams to develop tailored client programs, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Create sales decks, insights reports, one-sheets, and support new business initiatives with quick turnarounds.
  • Develop and maintain sales tools, ensuring alignment with Screenvision’s brand and industry trends.
  • Support National Sales team and corporate revenue strategies through strategy sessions, RFP responses, and client growth opportunities.
  • Assist in executing promotional and revenue-generating programs, including in-theater events and collateral development.
  • Contribute to company-wide innovation projects and brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/PR/Communications preferred) with 1+ year of experience in Marketing, Advertising, or PR.
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; Photoshop/graphic design and familiarity with research tools (MRI, Nielsen) a plus.
  • Excellent writing, organizational, and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external clients.
  • Creative, analytical, and curious mindset with a passion for marketing, technology, and innovation.

This is a non-exempt position with a salary range of $45,000–$50,000, commensurate with experience, plus benefits. The role is based in Midtown Manhattan, with employees in the office Monday through Thursday.
