Primary Purpose: The Coordinator, Omni Operations / Inventory Systems & NSO Processes will be responsible for supporting the daily management & ongoing development of our inventory systems (MIMS, PCS, Datascan). This position will also focus on NSO processes, including new store openings, renovations, relocations & closings for NA Retail / Outlet stores & Coffee Shops & Coach International (Travel Retail & Americas region). This individual will work in a highly collaborative role with a broad group of vendor and corporate business partners and the Field Leadership team.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Omni Operations to...
  • Partner on the project management for new store opening, renovation, relocation & closing processes. Manage communication & deliverables with cross functional corporate partners & the Store Manager / Multi-Manager. As applicable, act as the main point of contact for the Store Manager and Multi-Manager.
  • Support the ongoing management and continuous development of our Inventory systems, including MIMS (inventory management), PCS StoreTrac & Datascan. Partner in the testing, training, communication and procedural documentation for system processes & updates.
  • Support the execution of the physical inventory process two times each fiscal year. Coordinate training & timeline communication for corporate partners & the field teams. Coordinate hardware logistics / communication with our vendor partner, Datascan.
  • Coordinate logistics for all vendor orders / deliveries - from the development of each order (taking project type, store type & store volume into account) to the delivery timing within the broader timeline.
  • Support new store systems set-up with EIM, IT & HR.
  • Solicit feedback & compile learnings from corporate & field partners after each project. Partner on updating communication / timelines / processes, as needed, to continually evolve the process.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of the LMS (Location Management System) application. Assist with data management and maintenance, partnering as needed with cross functional data owners.
  • Manage the UPS application for all stores, including maintenance of the application, communication of outages, troubleshooting of issues with the field and set-up of new stores.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of in-store processes, applications and systems.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of all policy and procedure. Stay current with changes to the business that could necessitate process / policy updates. Develop and define requirements for the changes necessary to support the business.
  • Support Store Operations initiatives / projects on an as needed basis.
  • Monitor email periodically after hours (nights / weekends) to react to any urgent or time sensitive issues.
