Job Description
In this role, the Coordinator will:
Manage the main calendars and scheduling program specifics for all GCG and fundraising-related prospecting and diligence meetings across multiple
asset classes, and for both internal and external stakeholders.
Along with internal stakeholders, coordinate and execute virtual and in-person fundraise roadshows and other prospective investor meetings and
group events.
Manage investor meeting logistics including booking rooms, catering, and transportation.
Draft meeting agendas and briefing notes and organize meeting materials.
Pro-actively generate monthly and ad-hoc activity reports as needed.
Lead ad-hoc initiatives to improve operational processes
Demonstrate, over time, awareness of fundamental business principles and understanding of overall firm structure and objectives to ensure
appropriate decision-making protocols are followed.
Available and responsive throughout each event and on-site management of events where necessary. Overtime work will be required, as needed.

Seamless capability of holding professional interactions with various staff members at all levels and in multiple geographies
Ability to manage a poised, task-oriented composition in a fast-paced environment, occasionally under time pressure, with a high level of
professionalism and confidentiality.
Ability to adapt to change and proactively seek and implement tasks as time allows.
Ability to balance conflicting priorities to manage workflow and ensure the completion of essential projects.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000
Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
