Corp Analyst/Staff Accountant

BluFox Mobile LLC operates a portfolio of branded store locations for Comcast Xfinity. BluFox Mobile is one of three branded authorized retailers of Comcast Xfinity – a provider of high-speed internet, TV and streaming, home security systems, and mobile services to residential and business customers nationwide. This position will also support related companies in other industries

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Ensure the accuracy of data in each account by researching the nature of recorded transaction, reviewing underlying supporting documentation (vendor bills etc.) and preparing journal entries as applicable
• Develop, Maintain and distribute ad-hoc report and financial models as needed
• Monitor and identify cost savings opportunities across the company
• Interacts with vendors and internal stakeholders to set up processes and resolve issues and ensure cost savings
• Assists in evaluation, recommending, maintaining and monitoring appropriate internal controls
• Support the continued development of the company's accounting policies and procedures including making the accounting process more efficient
• Process accounts payable
• Make Deposits, mail checks and support other finance related operations when need

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• 1 -2 years accounting experience with general accounting and financial reporting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast pace growth environment Self-Motivated, goal orientated, results driven and excellent at mult-tasking
• Ability to work under pressure with strict time frames
• Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs and direction of leadership
• Ability to focus on details while completing task timely
• Advance Excel skills a must
