Position Overview:
- The Corporate Access team is responsible for managing relationships with the firms sell-side brokers to enrich corporate access interactions on behalf of the investment team
- Manage a high volume of company meeting requests leveraging various databases and email correspondence
- Be a partner to the investment team and take initiative in understanding current coverage responsibilities and corporate access mandate
- Assist with the preparation of reports on resource consumption and utilization
- Attend conferences and road shows
- Implement internal and external marketing to strengthen relationships with corporates and sell-side brokers
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience of working in corporate access
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a strong academic record
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail and operational efficiency
- Proactive approach to working with other team members and departments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Motivation to challenge existing practices and improve process
The minimum base salary for this role is $100,000 if located in New York. This expectation is based on available information at the time of posting. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, which could constitute a significant portion of total compensation. This role may also be eligible for benefits, such as health, dental, and other wellness plans, as well as 401(k) contributions. Successful candidates’ compensation and benefits will be determined in consideration of various factors.
