Job Purpose:

BTIG seeks an experienced, high-performing Vice President to join the Corporate Access team in New York. This role blends strategic client engagement with hands-on event execution, ensuring best-in-class experiences for institutional investor clients, corporate management teams, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized and detail-oriented, and brings strong judgment, discretion, and relationship management skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Head of Corporate Access to develop and execute corporate access strategy, client engagement plans, and growth initiatives across key U.S. regions.
  • Deliver proactive, high-touch corporate access coverage to institutional clients and internal partners, ensuring timely response, accuracy, and clear communication of outcomes and rationale.
  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Communications, Franchise Sales, Equities, Fixed Income, Research, Investment Banking, Prime Brokerage, Business Development, and other stakeholders to align corporate access and event priorities with Firm objectives.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on event feasibility, timelines, budgets, and execution standards.
  • Lead planning and execution for roadshows, industry conferences, panels, seminars, private dinners, group events, sponsorship activations, and internal events.
  • Own end-to-end logistics: venue sourcing, contracting, run-of-show, vendor management, A/V, travel coordination, speaker coordination, seating plans, and onsite execution.
  • Confirm food and beverage menus and ensure a high-quality attendee experience consistent with BTIG standards.
  • Maintain and manage the events calendar, budgets, and post-event reporting (attendance, feedback, ROI/impact observations, reconciliation).
  • Produce post-event wrap-ups including final attendee lists, budget closeout, survey insights, and recommendations for future programming.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Communications to ensure BTIG branding across invitations, signage, press-related materials (as applicable), badges, banners, and marketing collateral.
  • Manage marketing/event inventory (e.g., signage, supplies, printed materials) to ensure readiness and consistency.
  • Support internal origination efforts by identifying high-impact event and access opportunities and helping build/maintain senior-level external relationships.
  • Understand and apply the connection between hospitality, experience design, and client development.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in Corporate Access, institutional client engagement, event strategy/production, or a related financial services environment (experience level flexible based on demonstrated scope and impact).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of corporate access best practices, industry trends, and institutional client expectations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and discretion; sound judgment in time-sensitive situations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with accuracy and urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with ability to interact effectively with senior internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendor negotiations, contracts, timelines, and post-event analytics.
  • High integrity and commitment to the highest ethical standards.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for in-person events.
  • Licenses preferred but not required.

Compensation: 

  • BTIG offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Salary range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, years of applicable experience, skills, qualifications, licensure and certifications, and other business and organization needs.
  • The current estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year. Please note that certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as discretionary bonus or overtime.
