Lead, Corporate Communications & Content Strategy

DT is building a Corporate Communications & Content Strategy function to strengthen how the company communicates its market perspective, executive thought leadership, and company narrative across the industry.

The Lead, Corporate Communications & Content Strategy will support strategic storytelling across thought leadership, editorial content, executive communications, and external messaging.

This role focuses on helping shape how the company and its leadership are understood externally — translating complex business and technology concepts into clear, differentiated narratives that strengthen market perception, industry visibility, and brand credibility.

This is currently a highly hands-on individual contributor role focused on editorial strategy, executive storytelling, and cross-functional communications support.

About the Lead Corporate Communications & Content Strategy role:

Corporate Narrative & Messaging

  • Support development and evolution of the company’s external corporate narrative and messaging framework

  • Help ensure consistency across external communications, executive messaging, and editorial content

  • Partner with Product Marketing and leadership teams to translate business and product strategy into compelling storytelling

  • Translate complex concepts into clear, audience-relevant narratives

Executive Communications & Thought Leadership

  • Partner with executive leadership to develop clear, differentiated, and consistent external messaging

  • Develop executive bylines, keynote narratives, podcast preparation, talking points, and thought leadership content

  • Support executive visibility across LinkedIn, speaking engagements, media opportunities, and industry events

  • Help leaders translate company strategy, market perspective, and product innovation into compelling external narratives

  • Identify opportunities to elevate company visibility and executive presence across industry conversations

Editorial & Content Strategy

  • Develop and edit thought leadership content, flagship blogs, customer stories, narrative decks, and long-form editorial content

  • Support editorial calendars, content themes, and storytelling priorities aligned to business initiatives

  • Ensure content reflects company priorities, brand voice, and narrative consistency

  • Support website messaging and strategic content development across external channels

Public Relations & Agency Partnership

  • Partner closely with external PR and communications agencies on media strategy, story development, and announcement planning

  • Support executive interviews, speaking opportunities, analyst engagement, and messaging priorities

  • Help ensure agency efforts align with broader company objectives and communications priorities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Global Activation, Brand, Design, Sales, Investor Relations, and Executive Leadership teams

  • Support launches, campaigns, and major company initiatives through strategic communications and editorial support

  • Ensure communications and content efforts align with broader go-to-market priorities

Measurement & Optimization

  • Track engagement and performance across content, communications, and thought leadership initiatives

  • Use performance insights to refine editorial priorities and communications strategy

  • Partner with marketing and analytics teams to evaluate impact across owned and earned channels

About YOU as the Lead, Corporate Communications & Content Strategy:

  • 6–10+ years of experience across corporate communications, strategic communications, editorial strategy, content marketing, PR, journalism, or thought leadership roles

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills

  • Experience translating complex business or technology concepts into compelling narratives and content

  • Experience supporting executive communications and thought leadership initiatives

  • Experience working with external PR agencies and communications partners

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, highly collaborative environments

They enjoy translating complex ideas into compelling narratives, developing thought leadership content, and supporting cohesive editorial strategies that strengthen how a company and its leadership are perceived externally.

At Digital Turbine, we are committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. The salary range for this position is $148,000-$170,000, based on experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including (stock options, unlimited PTO and performance based bonus).
