Join United Risk’s dynamic legal team as Corporate Counsel, focusing on complex corporate and transactional matters within the insurance industry.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of recent professional experience (must satisfy one of the two pathways).
- Option A – Insurance‑Sector Counsel: corporate counsel at an MGA, reinsurer, or carrier with hands‑on multinational transactional work in the insurance industry.
- Option B – Big‑Firm Transactional Attorney: associate or senior associate at a top‑tier law firm specializing in multinational corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Completed at least two consecutive years of service at each prior employer after law school graduation.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Original, active, and good‑standing membership in the New York State Bar.
- On‑site role at 50 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY; expected in‑office at least three days per week.
