The Corporate Operations & Strategy team is seeking an [Analyst/Associate] to support the firm’s global real estate footprint and broader business operations initiatives. This role will work closely with senior corporate operations, facilities, finance and legal/compliance stakeholders to manage lease‑related coordination, perform quantitative analyses, and support ongoing organizational optimization efforts.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytically strong, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams across geographies. This role is well‑suited for someone early in their career looking to build exposure to corporate real estate, financial analysis, and cross‑functional project management within an alternative asset management platform.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Real Estate Support

  • Liaise with coworking providers, landlords, brokers, and internal stakeholders to support new leases, renewals, terminations, and subleases across domestic and international offices

  • Track and manage critical lease dates, notice requirements, and renewal timelines across the global portfolio

  • Perform quantitative analyses on rent, occupancy, abatements, tenant improvement (TI) credits, and lease scenarios

  • Maintain and update recurring lease calculations (e.g., abatements, credits, holdover scenarios) and coordinate required notices with landlords and property managers

  • Respond to ad hoc lease‑related inquiries from Facilities, Finance, Legal, and senior management

  • Coordinate broker agreements and related documentation in partnership with the Legal team

  • Communicate lease updates and changes to internal stakeholders including Accounting, Compliance, Marketing, etc.

  • Support sublease marketing and execution efforts, including coordination of space planning, furniture relocation, build‑out considerations, and service pass‑throughs

  • Assist with remediation and follow‑up on outstanding landlord obligations, credits, and lease remedies

Organizational & Business Operations Support

  • Independently support the execution and day-to-day management of select corporate operations and cross functional initiatives

  • Translate high level objectives into structured workplans, timelines, and deliverables, and drive execution across stakeholders

  • Perform analytical and project management support for operational initiatives, including:

    • Cost rationalization and expense management efforts (e.g., building and maintaining G&A budget frameworks for global teams, assessing the economic impact of pursuing strategic operations initiatives)

    • Support integration workstreams for M&A, strategic new business opportunities, and other key corporate initiatives by tracking milestones, coordinating stakeholders, and surfacing risks

  • Take detailed notes on internal and external calls and help ensure follow‑through on agreed actions; proactively gather inputs from stakeholders, synthesize feedback, and propose data backed recommendations for review by senior team members

  • Consolidate and analyze data from external advisors (e.g., peer firms, law firms, consultants) to support international expansion and cost analysis

  • Prepare periodic operational updates for senior stakeholders (e.g., comprehensive project presentations and/or more discreet usage or activity summaries)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or a related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in an analytical, operations, real estate, finance, or consulting role

  • Strong quantitative and Excel / financial modeling skills

  • Adept experience in presentation creation via Microsoft PowerPoint

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines across multiple projects

  • Extremely organized with the ability to track action items, dependencies, and timelines across multiple concurrent projects

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities

Preferred

  • Experience supporting lease administration, occupancy planning, or real estate analytics

  • Prior experience in financial services, asset management, or professional services

It is expected that the base annual salary for this New York City-based position will be $120,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
