Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions, a hotel management company is seeking a Corporate Revenue Strategist to lead revenue strategy across our growing portfolio of hotels. (Brand experience preferred - Marriott/Hilton/IHG/Hyatt)
This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on driving performance — not day-to-day property execution.
You will partner with executive leadership and guide property teams to improve RevPAR, ADR, and overall profitability across the portfolio.
What You’ll Do- Lead portfolio-wide revenue strategy across all properties
- Analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve results
- Optimize pricing, segmentation, and channel mix
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align strategy
- Provide forecasting, budgeting, and performance insights
- Standardize revenue best practices across the portfolio
- Coach and guide property leaders (without owning execution)
- Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to executive leadership
- 5–7+ years of hotel revenue management experience
- Strong background in multi-property or portfolio-level strategy
- Proven ability to drive RevPAR, ADR, and RGI performance
- Highly analytical with strong business and financial acumen
- Experience with revenue systems (e.g., IDeaS, SynXis, PMS)
- Confident communicator who can influence senior leaders
