About the Role: 

Reporting to the Director of Strategy, the Corporate Strategy Manager will serve as the core quantitative and analytical engine of the Strategy function. This role owns financial and market modeling, competitor tracking, and project-based strategic initiatives across Lyra's business units.

Responsibilities

  • Quantitative Modeling & Unit Economics: Build financial models, P&L forecasts, and unit economics frameworks to guide portfolio investment decisions and evaluate growth opportunities.

  • Competitive Intelligence & Trends: Perform continuous syntheses of market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor maneuvers, turning raw data into actionable recommendations for product and market entry teams.

  • Strategic Initiative Execution: Manage day-to-day strategic workstreams supporting M&A target evaluation, 'build vs. buy vs. partner' decisions, and cross-vertical strategic priorities.

  • Annual Planning Support: Structure data collection and analytical inputs to power the annual strategic planning cadence.

  • Executive Presentation Build: Translate complex analytical findings into structured, visual PowerPoint narratives for executive presentation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, healthcare investment banking, or strategy & operations in a high-growth tech/healthtech setting.

  • Exceptional quantitative and financial modeling capabilities (Excel/Google Sheets) with experience structuring complex datasets.

  • Strong narrative development and visual deck-building skills.

  • Healthcare industry exposure (digital health, employer benefits, or health plans) is strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; top-tier management consulting background preferred.
