We're seeking a forward-thinking Technology Leader to serve as Delivery Lead, Platform Simplification & Integrations within the Field Productivity Technology organization. This horizontal leadership role supports multiple verticals by simplifying platform ecosystems, driving scalable integration strategies, and preparing platforms to activate enterprise data and AI capabilities.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in platform architecture, systems integration, or modernization initiatives, paired with a strong delivery mindset and the ability to influence across engineering, architecture, data, and product teams. This role is critical to establishing the technical foundation for seamless advisor and agent experiences, faster delivery speed, and long-term platform extensibility.

Salary Range: $185,000-$264,500
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.

What You'll Do:
Platform Simplification
- Lead the strategy and execution to streamline and modernize Field Productivity's platform ecosystem
- Consolidate duplicative tools, with a focus on simplifying the Salesforce ecosystem
- Deliver measurable outcomes in platform efficiency, maintainability, support costs, and user experience
Systems Integration
- Define and implement scalable integration approaches across key platforms (e.g., CRM, planning tools, onboarding systems)
- Promote reuse through shared APIs, event-driven design, and standardized infrastructure that improves time-to-market
- Partner with Delivery Leads and Architecture teams to ensure alignment and extensibility across platforms
Data & AI Enablement
- Collaborate with enterprise data teams to drive adoption of data products across Field Productivity platforms
- Ensure platforms are integration-ready for AI services and agentic workflows through Model Context Protocols (MCPs) and shared services
- Support delivery of real-time, data-driven capabilities across advisor and agent experiences
Execution Leadership
- Translate simplification and integration goals into executable delivery plans with milestones and KPIs
- Coordinate across vertical delivery leads and horizontal teams to ensure alignment and track impact
- Measure and report platform metrics such as time-to-market, reuse, system consolidation, and delivery throughput
Strategic Partnering
- Serve as a key partner to enterprise architecture, data, integration, and delivery teams
- Represent Field Productivity Technology in governance forums related to platform infrastructure, integration, and reuse
- Enable vertical platform teams through simplified, integrated, and scalable systems
What You'll Bring:
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology leadership, focused on platform delivery, systems integration, or modernization
- Proven success leading simplification initiatives across complex ecosystems
- Salesforce experience preferred, but not required
- Strong understanding of APIs, enterprise integration patterns, cloud-native infrastructure, and reusable service architectures
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programs and deliver measurable impact
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence across business and technology teams
Tools & Technology Exposure
Experience with technologies supporting platform simplification and integration, including:
- Integration & Middleware: MuleSoft, Apigee, Kafka, Boomi, Informatica
- APIs & Event-Driven Architecture: REST, GraphQL, Event Hubs, Pub/Sub
- Cloud & Hyperscalers: AWS, Azure, GCP
- CRM & Platform Ecosystems: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow
- Data & AI Integration: Data pipelines, middleware control points (MCPs), GenAI, and AgenticAI
- Governance & Architecture: TOGAF frameworks, API governance, ArchiMate, LeanIX
