Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week
New York Life is seeking a highly motivated strategic and operational leader to head the Integrated Field Content and Channels team. This role will drive the development, delivery, and optimization of content across digital channels and campaigns with the goal of empowering New York Life's agents and advisors to achieve their marketing and business objectives.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in content strategy, multichannel execution, agent/advisor enablement, and stakeholder alignment to elevate field engagement and performance.
What Great Looks Like In This Role:• Ability to work cross functionally and be a strong partner to other internal New York Life teams who are users or advocates of our marketing tools and capabilities.• Ability to distill complex capabilities into easy to understand and actionable concepts for the field, with a strong understanding of how our marketing content can drive their business.• Problem solver with strong communication skills who can dissect a problem or concern, ideate on the best answer, and explain the solution in easy-to-understand terms to the end users.• Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and translates field feedback and input into project deliverables.• Creative and user-centric mindset who can work to call out potential problems to improve the quality of the product and experience for field users.• Experience and/or understanding of NYL Agency structure.
What You'll Do:• Develop and own the overall field marketing content strategy for prospecting and nurturing-aimed at elevating and supporting the personal brand of our agents and advisors• Responsible for connecting field content strategy into broader Client Prospecting Value Stream initiatives• Lead the team to develop single channel and multi channel campaigns by topic; evaluation and maintenance of current campaigns; Set field content priorities and roadmaps• Lead the team to review, assessment & ongoing optimization of individual channel content (ie, social and email)• Ensure the content production process is optimized to meet the needs of the field content team• Track performance analytics and apply insights to improve content effectiveness and agent adoption.• Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory guidelines across all content formats.
What You'll Bring:• 10+ years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or field enablement.• Proven leadership in managing multichannel content programs and cross-functional teams.• Strong understanding of personalization, social strategy, campaign lifecycle, and performance metrics.• Experience with Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.• Experience with content management systems, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.• Understanding marketing needs of sales professionals and/or the life insurance industry• Ability to operate within a highly complex and highly matrixed environment• Serve as a key liaison with senior leadership to communicate strategy, progress, and impact.
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $116,000-$166,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
