The Corporate Vice President, Succession Planning is a key leader within Advanced Advisor Support, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the firm's existing succession planning efforts while building the next generation of capabilities through Succession 360. This role ensures the effective delivery of current "business as usual" succession support while designing and implementing a more scalable, technology-enabled approach to advisor transitions.
Succession 360 will introduce a modern framework that includes an online marketplace, advisor matching capabilities, and data-driven tools to support valuation and transition strategies based on future business potential. This role is critical in bridging strategy and execution, ensuring both operational excellence today and innovation for the future.

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.

What You'll Do:
- Oversee and streamline existing succession planning processes to ensure consistent, high-quality support across the advisor population
- Lead the design, development, and rollout of Succession 360, including digital marketplace capabilities, matching tools, and valuation frameworks
- Partner with technology, data, and cross-functional teams to build scalable, user-friendly solutions that enhance advisor experience and outcomes
- Establish operational processes, governance, and workflows to support both current-state execution and future-state scalability
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, shaping the firm's long-term approach to succession as a driver of growth, retention, and enterprise value
- Drive adoption by integrating succession planning into broader advisor development, affluent market, and practice management initiatives

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in financial services, advisor support, practice management, or related field
- Demonstrated experience leading both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations
- Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-phase initiatives
- Experience partnering with technology teams to design and implement digital tools or platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with succession planning, advisor transitions, or business continuity strategies
- Familiarity with Agency Distribution
- Familiarity with marketplace platforms, matching algorithms, or Advisor business valuation methodologies
- Background working with affluent or high-net-worth advisor segments
- Experience building or scaling new programs, platforms, or enterprise initiatives
