The Capability Strategy Lead defines and evolves the foundational business and digital capabilities required to deliver a best-in-class advisor experience - today and in the future.This role takes a holistic, enterprise view across people, process, technology, and data to ensure FX is intentionally building the capabilities needed to execute strategy, rather than delivering disconnected solutions.
What You'll Do:
Capability Framework & Assessment• Define core FX capabilities aligned to strategic priorities and advisor needs.• Assess current-state maturity and identify structural capability gaps.• Establish clear capability definitions and success criteria.
Future-State Design• Design future-state capability models and target operating concepts.• Partner with product, technology, and operations teams to translate capabilities into solutions.• Support sequencing of capability build across the FX roadmap.
Alignment & Integration• Ensure capability development is coordinated across initiatives and teams.• Identify dependencies and integration risks early.• Support consistent execution through alignment with program and product leaders.
What You'll Bring:
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus• 5-7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operating model design, or transformation roles• Experience working across business and technology teams• Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills• Comfort operating in complex, matrixed environments• Strong communication skills including experience in developing executive level presentations• Collaborative work style and leadership presence with ability to effectively interact and earn trust of peers and senior management across the organization• Self-starter with a passion to deliver results

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $119,000-$160,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
