The role

This is a founding Account Executive role.

You will own the full sales cycle from first contact to close and expansion. You will work in-person with the founding team in Brooklyn.

Responsibilities include:

  • Running outbound and inbound sales motions
  • Conducting product demos with healthcare operators
  • Managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Closing new customers and expanding existing accounts
  • Contributing to early go-to-market strategy and messaging

What we’re looking for:

  • We evaluate candidates based on operating ability, not pedigree.
  • Ownership in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Clear communication with both operators and senior decision-makers
  • Strong organization in managing pipeline, follow-ups, and deal progression
  • Comfort working through multi-step, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Ability to understand customer problems and translate them into clear solutions
  • High execution speed without needing heavy structure

Sales experience is not required. Healthcare experience is not required either.

We care more about ownership, learning speed, and communication clarity.
