- Primarily provide expertise in video capture and motion design for our corporate, sponsorship, and social media content. Keep stakeholders updated on project progress for seamless collaboration.
- Use your creative skills to conceptualise and create crucial assets such as brochures, flyers, surveys, presentations, and web materials.
- Strategically plan and execute video shoots, other content, graphics, and presentations to elevate the success of our materials, products, and services, ensuring maximum impact.
- Lead the proofing and revision process for promotional materials, guaranteeing they meet rigorous specifications and standards at every stage of approval.
- Utilise Adobe Creative Cloud applications to devise creative assets for a wide range of materials, merging seamlessly with relevant copy to deliver compelling visual narratives.
- Ensure the seamless transition from approved storyboarding to production, guaranteeing consistent quality and coherence across all outputs. Implement stringent workflow protocols for every creative project to maintain uniformity, uphold quality benchmarks, and skillfully navigate challenges.
- Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements, optimising internal workflows for heightened efficiency and effectiveness.
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in video shoots, including location scouting, shot lists, equipment coordination, on-site setup (lighting and audio), and collaboration with production teams to ensure high-quality capture that aligns with brand guidelines and deadlines.
- Oversee or contribute to the post-production process for video content, ensuring files are well-organised, compliant with deliverables, and prepared for editing, review, and distribution.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience. Experience in a global corporation will be highly regarded, showcasing expertise in diverse design requirements and international standards.
- Strong skills in collaborating with teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional design outcomes.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects, meeting deadlines and surpassing expectations.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects) and Microsoft Office.
- An understanding of Wrike or another workflow tool would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in video capture and production planning, including setting up video shoots, coordinating logistics, lighting, sound, and on-site execution.
- Proficiency in video editing and animation using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, with the ability to produce deliverables such as edited videos, motion graphics, titles, lower-thirds, and branded animations; familiarity with colour correction, audio mixing, and multi-format outputs.
- A track record of delivering projects that blend design with video/animation to support marketing and communications goals.
- Experience catering to the design requirements of diverse regions, ensuring adherence to brand consistency.
- Masterful communication skills that captivate and clarify, ensuring messages are engaging and effectively delivered.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work in deadline-driven and fast-paced environments.
- Additional video production experience across multiple formats and platforms, with a keen eye for storytelling and brand-aligned motion design.
