Job Summary
We are seeking a Creative Director on a six-month contract to establish the foundation for our brand, communications, and marketing strategy. This role will develop brand standards, launch and grow our social media presence, enhance executive and internal communications, support sales enablement efforts, and strengthen our employer brand. The Creative Director will also provide direction and mentorship to a small marketing team while creating sustainable processes and standards that support future growth.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Standards & Governance
- Develop and implement company-wide brand standards, including logo usage, typography, color palette, imagery, and messaging guidelines.
- Audit existing marketing and communication materials and standardize branding across the organization.
- Create and maintain templates for presentations, documents, and communications.
- Establish digital asset management standards, naming conventions, and version control processes.
- Develop marketing intake, review, and approval workflows.
Marketing & Social Media Strategy
- Lead development and launch of BPP’s LinkedIn Life Page and overall social media strategy.
- Build and manage content plans for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Direct photography, videography, and content creation across facilities, products, and employees.
- Oversee short-form video production and content repurposing strategies.
- Establish governance standards for all company-owned social media platforms.
- Support website content enhancements and overall digital presence.
- Monitor engagement metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Executive & Internal Communications
- Develop executive communications, company announcements, and leadership messaging.
- Create consistent communication standards across internal and external channels.
- Launch and manage internal communication tools, newsletters, and employee updates.
- Establish presentation and reporting standards across departments.
- Partner with Culture and Engagement initiatives to support employee recognition and engagement programs.
Sales Enablement
- Develop sales collateral, capability presentations, product sheets, and customer-facing materials.
- Standardize customer presentation templates and sales tools.
- Support trade shows, customer events, and marketing campaigns.
- Create case studies and project success stories.
Employer Brand & Recruiting Support
- Develop employer branding strategy and recruitment marketing materials.
- Create content supporting recruiting efforts, hiring events, and career marketing.
- Produce employee spotlight and testimonial content.
- Align employer branding across careers pages, social media, and recruiting platforms.
Leadership & Team Development
- Provide creative direction and guidance to marketing team members.
- Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback and mentoring.
- Document processes, standards, and workflows to support long-term sustainability.
- Provide recommendations regarding future marketing team structure and resource needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Seven (7) or more years of experience in marketing, branding, communications, or creative leadership roles.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience leading creative projects and developing team members.
- Demonstrated experience building brand standards, marketing processes, or communications functions from the ground up.
- Experience managing company social media platforms and employer branding initiatives.
- Strong executive communication and content development experience.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and related creative software.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on content creation and execution.
- Experience influencing stakeholders and driving organizational adoption of standards and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between company locations as needed.

- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, construction, or technical B2B environments.
- Experience supporting both corporate brand and employer brand initiatives.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to work within manufacturing and production environments while following all safety requirements and PPE guidelines.
- Ability to travel between company facilities.
- Ability to lift and transport marketing equipment, displays, cameras, lighting, or presentation materials up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to occasionally work evenings or weekends to support company events, recruiting events, and trade shows.

The base pay range for this role is $60 – $65 per hour.
