About Moment
Moment is building the operating system for investment management. Since 2024, Moment has grown from serving clients representing just over $100B in assets, to institutions representing more than $8T in client assets today.
As we enter a new era, we're hiring a Creative Director define how Moment shows up in the world.
We don't do traditional marketing. Our business is relationship-driven, and our growth depends on deepening trust with the leading financial institutions of the world, and on attracting elite talent. Our brand is the *most* powerful lever that serves both.
The Role
As Moment’s Creative Director, and the first Creative Director in this space, you will architect our cultural relevance, brand awareness, and a design-forward identity that commands attention in every room and on every screen. Moment will be a generational company, and you will help cement that legacy.
You’ll lead the creative vision and execution for everything that shapes who we are - from our website to campaigns to events to experiential moments. You’ll work closely with leadership and design to craft a brand that is as ambitious and distinctive as the company itself. You will have a specific focus on web and online presence, owning everything from the development and evolution of our website, to how we run digital campaigns.
This is a highly autonomous, highly collaborative role for a strategist-maker. You are equally comfortable defining systems and shipping work. You can navigate different levels of abstractions of a brand and clearly articulate, lead, and execute creative projects spanning strategy, design, motion, and physical experiences.
What You'll Do
Lead Creative Vision & Brand Evolution
- Define and evolve Moment's brand identity, visual language, and creative direction across all touch points - online, physical, and experiential, focusing on web
- Bring cohesion and craft to how we speak to two audiences: sophisticated clients and top-tier talent through branding, storytelling, and visual systems
- Push our visual identity into new, refreshing, and distinctive directions that set us apart in a traditional space while maintaining trust and authority
Lead Web & Digital Experiences
- Own the evolution of Moment.com: narrative, IA, conversion, and design quality
- Build microsites and digital experiences for launches, events, and key moments
Drive Campaigns & Cultural Relevance
- Concept and own the creative development of integrated campaigns across brand, product launches, social, and events
- Create work that earns attention and builds cultural relevance in both finance and tech
Build & Scale the Creative Function
- Establish clear creative processes, briefs, and workflows that drive efficiency and quality execution
- Partner with external agencies, production partners, and freelancers when needed, ensuring quality and alignment

- Strong history of leading creative teams, building brand systems and experiences, and producing impactful campaigns across brand, website, and social
- Experience leading creative and/or designing high quality and effective marketing websites that convert as well as experimental micro-sites for launches, events, and campaigns
- Hands-on maker who is willing to get into the weeds, designing collateral, directing shoots, editing videos, whatever the work requires
- Extremely high bar for quality and attention to detail, from generating briefs and high-level concepts to final execution
- Resourceful and have great taste, a strong understanding of what looks and feels good, and a strong understanding of cultural relevance and what works
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, in writing and otherwise, with the ability to articulate creative vision and secure buy-in from stakeholders
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong brand instincts, versatility, and a clear point of view
Nice to Have
- Experience organizing and hosting events for executive or talent audiences that strengthen relationships, spark conversation, and extend brand reach beyond the room
