About Sandbar

Sandbar is an interface company in New York City. We aim to augment individuals in an agentic world—to think, act, and move freely. Our team has built SW, ML, and HW products across Meta, CTRL-labs, Google, Apple, Fitbit, Peloton, and Equinox.

Our first product, Stream, is a new human-agent interface—a private voice ring and conversational computer. Stream has been featured in WSJ, Bloomberg, & Wired, and begins shipping in Summer '26.

Join us in creating a new interface for self augmentation.

About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious creator to tell the story of a new kind of computer—one focused on self extension, expanding human expression, and life in the real world. You'll own social, working directly with our founders & Head of Marketing to develop content which communicates Stream, our brand, and the future we're building towards.

We're looking for someone who has built audiences, thinks like a founder, and ships like a creator. There are no playbooks—this role is for someone eager to create things unseen.

Responsibilities

  • Own content strategy and creation across Instagram, YouTube, X, and other platforms.

  • Create short-form video, static posts, and motion graphics—concept to publish.

  • Produce content in partnership with external partners

  • Shoot and edit content with an iPhone-native, high-craft aesthetic.

  • Support brand design as needed including emails, brand collateral.

Qualifications

  • You've built an audience before—for a brand, a product you started, or yourself.

  • You have a portfolio (or feed) that shows taste across video, static, and motion with content you’ve built.

  • You're full-stack: shoot, edit, design, animate. You don't need a team to ship.

  • You think like an owner—identifying opportunities, making bets, moving fast.

FTE Benefits

  • Health, vision, and dental benefits

  • Company-sponsored 401(k)

  • Unlimited PTO and sick time

  • Early stage equity
