We’re hiring a Creative Manager to lead creative direction, design, and photoshoot production for The Citizenry, St. Frank, and The Inside—three distinctive brands celebrated for their storytelling, craft, and expressive style.

Reporting to the Head of Creative, this role oversees brand design and creative production teams, shaping the visual narrative across campaigns, lifestyle content, and digital channels. You’ll balance creative leadership with hands-on execution, producing work that brings each brand’s voice and artistry to life.

What You’ll Do

Creative Leadership & Team Management

  • Manage and mentor brand designers and creative production coordinators across multiple brands.
  • Lead creative concepting, reviews, and development sessions, ensuring each brand’s work reflects its distinct identity.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture rooted in creativity, inclusivity, and high design standards.

Photoshoot Concepting & Production

  • Concept and produce editorial and lifestyle photoshoots that reflect the authenticity, texture, and artistry of each brand.
  • Collaborate with stylists, photographers, and producers to execute shoots both in studio and on location.
  • Oversee production logistics and operations through creative production coordinators, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.

Brand & Campaign Creative

  • Translate strategy into cohesive visual storytelling across digital, social, print, and experiential channels.
  • Maintain and evolve each brand’s unique visual identity—from The Citizenry’s natural minimalism to St. Frank’s handcrafted heritage and The Inside’s bold, pattern-rich expression.
  • Partner with marketing and merchandising to align creative with campaign objectives and growth goals.
What You’ll Bring
  • 5–7 years of experience in creative direction, brand design, or visual storytelling at a lifestyle, interiors, or fashion brand.
  • Experience concepting and producing photoshoots with strong art direction and styling sensibility.
  • Proven experience managing designers and production staff.
  • A portfolio showcasing brand storytelling and multi-channel creative execution.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Asana, Airtable, and Google Workspace.
  • Deep appreciation for design, craftsmanship, and storytelling rooted in culture and artistry.
Additional Details
  • Full-time, exempt role based in Denver, CO or New York, NY; onsite 5 days/week.
  • Travel required for photoshoots and brand initiatives.
