Chase's growing Content organization is hiring a Creative Operations Manager to support collaborative editorial and social media teams focused on credit card lifestyle benefits. Our mission is to create best-in-class content that helps Chase customers better engage with their benefits, inspiring them to travel, shop and dine with Chase. This role reports to VP, Creative Content Production.
As Creative Operations Manager in Lifestyle, you will manage administrative and operational tasks related to video and creative production projects for web, social, and print projects illustrating the value of credit card benefits. You'll transform strategic plans into successful projects, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, mitigating risk/issues, communicating progress and securing deliverables. You're the most organized person you know-you take great pride in responding quickly and thoughtfully, and can balance high volume of email threads, Asana tasks and intake requests without breaking a sweat. This role is based at Chase's 5 Manhattan West location in New York City. Employees are required to work from the office five days per week. Job Responsibilities
- Draft and manage contracts, payments, and compliance for third-party vendors and creative contributors.
- Coordinate invoicing, payment processes, and budget tracking with finance teams and project managers.
- Work closely with Project Managers to track team budgets and projections.
- Maintain process documentation and utilize systems like Asana and Airtable to track assignments, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and negotiate with freelance photographers, videographers, editors, and other creatives.
- Assist with planning, organizing, and executing print and video shoots for Chase Sapphire and Chase Travel.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop shoot concepts and manage logistics.
- Oversee production schedules, talent, resources, and logistics to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned deliverables.
- Liaise with internal teams and third-party agencies to coordinate event content, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives for Sapphire, Freedom, and other card products.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, or production
- Extraordinary attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with managing legal and compliance systems at a highly matrixed organization
- Interest in dining and travel
- Skills: Excel/Google Sheets, Asana, Airtable, or similar project management tool
