We have an exciting opportunity to partner with our luxury beauty in the capacity of Creative Project Manager. This is a highly organized, and proactive professional responsible for leading complex, multi-channel creative and marketing campaigns from conception to completion. This role demands a unique blend of strategic thinking, and rigorous project management expertise. The PM will act as the crucial link between creative teams, cross-functional partners, and agencies, ensuring successful delivery, and adherence to timelines. This role operates in a hybrid model with time spent onsite at our client in midtown Manhattan and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define timelines, and deliverables.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, and resource allocation.

Create concise and inspiring creative briefs that accurately translate client needs and objectives into actionable creative strategies.

Lead and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital, print, video).

Oversee tasks, monitor progress, milestones, and deliverables, making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.

Facilitate creative review cycles, managing feedback, revisions, and approvals to ensure quality and alignment with the creative brief.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including external partners, adapting communication styles to different personalities.

Present creative recommendations and solution, discussing feedback and ensuring satisfaction.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays, scope creep, or budget overruns.

Ensure consistency and quality of creative outputs across all channels and touchpoints.

Foster a collaborative, innovative, and productive environment for creative teams.

Motivate and guide creative professionals, managing their workflow and supporting their imaginative idea-making while maintaining focus on project goals.

Promote team collaboration, encouraging open feedback and resolving conflicts constructively.


Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven project management experience, preferably in a creative or marketing agency environment, or within an in-house creative department.
  • Prior experience working directly with creative teams (e.g., designers, copywriters, videographers) and outside agencies is required.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Wrike, Teams, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suit.
  • Understanding of how to create production schedules from concepting to delivery
  • Ability to earn the trust and respect of stakeholders and creatives in a complex environment with moving timelines
  • Ability to work with detailed-oriented individuals and projects and still stay focused on core objectives and schedule
  • Be a team-player; always bring a smile and a limitless determination to succeed

Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this role is $90,000 - $105,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.

This is a hybrid role requiring flexibility to work in-office and remotely.
