- Lead creative projects from kickoff to final delivery.
- Coordinate designers and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track.
- Build strong relationships through proactive client communication.
- Turn client goals into clear, actionable creative briefs.
- Manage timelines, priorities, scope, and project expectations.
- Identify risks early and solve problems before they impact delivery.
- Prepare weekly project updates and monthly client reviews.
- Improve team workflows using AI tools, templates, and better processes.
- Ensure every project is well-documented and organized.
- Drive successful project outcomes while delivering an outstanding client experience.
Requirements
- Have 2+ years leading creative projects or operations, ideally with exposure beyond just one account.
- Think in systems, staying dynamic when the process needs to shift, and showing up with a solution.
- Communicate confidently in professional business English, spoken and written.
- Use AI tools daily as part of the actual workflow for research, making drafts and reports.
- Shape the creative brief with a solid understanding — pushing back on ambiguous requests
- Set realistic scope and timelines upfront, communicate changes openly, and consistently deliver on time
- Catch capacity issues early — before they become bottlenecks.
- Stay steady with clients through tough conversations, and learn from patterns instead of repeating fixes.
- Keep cross-team communication and documentation airtight, end to end.
- Sharp and genuinely curious, agile enough to move with the company's direction.
