Creative Resource Manager

We're looking for a Creative Resource Manager to own staffing, capacity planning, and scheduling across our creative studio.

You'll work closely with Creative Producers, creative leads, and company leadership to make sure every project has the right team in place at the right time. You'll maintain a clear view across active and upcoming work, understand where the team has capacity, identify conflicts before they become problems, and help us make smart staffing decisions as priorities shift.

This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who is exceptionally organized, proactive, and comfortable managing many moving pieces at once. You'll sit across the entire studio and become the source of truth for who is working on what, when, and where capacity is becoming constrained.

• Own resource planning across all active and upcoming creative projects

• Maintain a clear, up-to-date view of team availability, workload, project schedules, and upcoming capacity

• Identify capacity gaps, scheduling conflicts, and potential bottlenecks before they become problems

• Track utilization and help leadership understand where the team is over- or under-capacity

• Anticipate future resource needs based on the studio's pipeline and upcoming work

• Match projects with the right internal team members based on skills, experience, availability, and project needs

• Partner with Creative Producers and creative leads to understand staffing needs and build the right project teams

• Support staffing for new business opportunities and incoming projects before work kicks off

• Manage staffing changes as project scopes, timelines, and priorities shift

• Coordinate internal staffing across shoots and maintain visibility into the studio-wide shoot calendar

• Keep resource plans and staffing information accurate and up to date

• Build and maintain simple systems, trackers, and dashboards for resource planning

• Improve the processes we use to make staffing decisions faster and more transparent

• Help leadership understand the resource impact of upcoming work before commitments are made

• 3–5 years of experience in resource management, creative operations, project coordination, creative production, or a related field

• Strong understanding of creative production workflows, including pre-production, shoot execution, and post-production

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

• Naturally proactive — you see potential problems before someone has to point them out

• Strong people skills and the ability to build trust with creatives, project leads, and leadership

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and constantly changing timelines

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Able to make thoughtful decisions with incomplete information

• Resourceful, persistent, and comfortable working without a rigid playbook

• Comfortable with spreadsheets and quick to learn new tools

• Play a central role in how a fast-growing creative studio operates

• Work across a wide range of production projects for ambitious technology companies

• Help build the staffing and resource systems the company will use as it scales
