The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Creative Services Coordinator to be the essential link between our clients and our high-performing creative team. You will streamline workflows, manage client communications, and ensure our Creative Director and designers can focus on what they do best: creating stunning work that drives results.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate creative projects from brief to delivery, managing timelines and stakeholder communications
  • Serve as the primary client contact for project updates, feedback coordination, and expectation management
  • Ensure quality control by reviewing deliverables against brand guidelines and technical specifications
  • Identify and design process improvements to maximize creative team efficiency and client satisfaction

What You Bring

  • 2 to 4 years experience in creative project coordination or traffic management
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication abilities and client service mindset
  • Proficiency with project management tools like Monday, Asana or Trello
  • Understanding of creative workflows and design processes
  • Agency experience required, especially with lifestyle brands
