Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Creative Services Manager to oversee the end-to-end production of product and editorial photo shoots. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of Photo Studio operations—from pre-production planning to shoot-day logistics and final asset delivery—supporting e-commerce, digital marketing, and brand content initiatives. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing high-volume workflows, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and keeping creative and operational priorities aligned. This role is expected to be on-site daily to manage studio team and production.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Coordination

  • Own and manage the studio production calendar, scheduling e-commerce, campaign shoots and special projects.
  • Book freelance talent as needed based on studio shooting calendar.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between merchandisers, product development, stylists, photographers, art directors, and post-production teams.
  • Coordinate turnover meetings for product intake and communicate shoot dates for product sample order to ensure readiness ahead of scheduled shoots.
  • Create shot lists for all shoots and ingest file using ShotFlow.
  • Manage shooting schedule thru ShotFlow for accuracy of shots, talent and metadata.
  • Lead daily studio operations, ensuring shoots run efficiently and team stays on schedule and on budget.
  • Troubleshoot production issues on set in real-time while keeping shoots on track.
  • Supervise photographers, assistants, stylists, retouchers, and freelance team.
  • Ensure consistency in style and quality across all studio output.
  • Work with Creative Services Director to track budget, expenses, and studio supplies.

Post Production

  • Track all assets loaded to Widen daily from on set team, working through issues, missing files, correcting file naming conventions, metadata accuracy and ensuring timely delivery to meet monthly LDL deadlines and marketing deadlines.
  • Oversee image approval/review process and all feedback from cross-functional teams is addressed.
  • Collaborate with post-production to maintain asset flow, meet deadlines, and uphold image quality standards.

Process Optimization

  • Continuously evaluate and improve production workflows to enhance speed, accuracy, and output quality.
  • Implement and maintain process guidelines for studio production.
  • Ensure the studio environment is clean, well-organized, and production-ready.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere within the team by cultivating a can-do attitude that encourages productivity and morale.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a content production or studio producer role, preferably within e-commerce, fashion, or retail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous shoots, teams, and timelines.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing business needs
  • Experience using production tools, DAM systems, and project management platforms (e.g. Workfront, Basecamp, Smartsheet, ShotFlow).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and detail-obsessed.
  • Knowledge of Capture One and Adobe Creative Suite platforms a plus but not required.

SALARY RANGE $75k - $80k
