Location: Remote (Worldwide)
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Fashion / Streetwear / Apparel / E-commerce
Understand the psychology behind a brand that lives and breathes alternative culture.
This isn't a traditional marketing or brand strategy role.
We're looking for a Creative Strategist with a genuine connection to the alternative streetwear scene—someone who understands why people connect with brands influenced by tattoo culture, gothic aesthetics, punk, skateboarding, metal, emo, and underground streetwear.
If your experience is primarily in luxury fashion, fast fashion, sportswear, corporate marketing, lifestyle brands, fitness, or general consumer brands, this role is not the right fit.
We're looking for someone who already understands our audience and knows how to transform consumer psychology into campaigns that create identity, community, and demand.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative campaign strategies rooted in consumer psychology and behavioural insights
Translate concepts such as identity, belonging, scarcity, exclusivity, and community into compelling product launches
Generate creative concepts for frequent product releases within a fast-paced environment
Create authentic campaign narratives that resonate with niche lifestyle communities
Collaborate with Design, Marketing, and Production teams to deliver campaigns on schedule
Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise future launches using data and customer insights
Establish and shape the company's creative strategy function from the ground up
Work independently within a globally distributed remote team
We're looking for strategists who can clearly demonstrate experience creating campaigns for streetwear or closely related subculture apparel brands.
You should have:
1+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Brand Strategy, Campaign Strategy, Product Marketing, or Consumer Marketing.
Proven experience working with streetwear, skate, tattoo apparel, band merchandise, alternative fashion, or similar subculture brands.
Strong understanding of consumer psychology and behavioural marketing principles.
Experience translating customer insights into commercially successful campaigns.
Ability to develop authentic storytelling for niche lifestyle communities.
Experience with Google Analytics, Canva, or similar marketing tools.
Professional fluency in English.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Portfolio Required
Your application must include a portfolio or case studies showcasing relevant creative strategy work, campaign development, and measurable results within streetwear or closely related subculture brands.
Applications submitted without a portfolio will not be reviewed.
Academic background in Consumer Psychology, Behavioural Science, Marketing, or related discipline
Experience launching products in e-commerce environments
Experience working within remote international teams
Passion for alternative culture, streetwear, tattoo art, music, or creative communities
Fully remote position — work from anywhere in the world
Competitive remuneration package
Opportunity to build and own a brand-new strategic function
Complete creative ownership and autonomy
Fast-moving environment where ideas are implemented quickly
Small, agile, international team
Clear opportunity to make a visible impact on a growing global brand
If you're passionate about understanding why consumers connect with brands, enjoy transforming behavioural insights into memorable campaigns, and thrive in creative environments where originality matters, this is an opportunity to shape the future of an internationally recognised lifestyle brand.
